Every fortnight our amazing cleaning team will clean communal areas in your property to keep it looking fresh and feeling great. 

You will have one point of contact, and should anything need repairing or replacing – you know that we’re on it!

You can be confident you’ll be sharing with like-minded professionals who share similar values to yourself,  in terms of work , rest and play.  We work hard to create communities of professional tenants who we believe will get on great together  - we know the heart and soul of every home is the people who live in it. 

 We like to keep things simple and stress free  - so we pay all the bills. 

All you pay is your monthly rent and we take care of the rest!

You can then budget with confidence without any surprises. 

Rather than using your weekends to clean the shared areas or arbitrate in disagreements about the bills, we take care of that for you so you have more free time to spend with the people you love, doing the things you love.

Each property is individually managed by our team, with the same care and consideration that we manage are very own homes.
